About Chef Eric

Chef Eric began cooking Greek cuisine at the age of 13 and attended culinary school at the age of 16. He learned various world cuisines in numerous cities, including Chicago, Illinois, where he worked with some of the finest chefs in the Midwest, blending world cuisine and southern cooking. During the pandemic, he and his wife launched No Pity Party in February 2021. They developed a reputation as one of Northeast Florida’s best caterers after testing the market and receiving favorable responses. In addition to studying marketing consulting at the University of Phoenix, Chef Eric has a bachelor of business management degree in business and marketing project management.
